Our Story
MaarketLab Academy is founded by Dr. Thong Chi Wah — RISM GE Exam Graduate 2023/2024, now a Probationary Valuer, Probationary Estate Agent, and NMUC Adjunct Professor in Generative AI. Having personally navigated the RISM Graduate Entry Exam, he understands exactly what it takes to pass: not just knowledge, but strategy, technique, and the right support system.
The academy was born from a simple observation. Too many capable candidates fail the RISM GE Exam — not because they lack intelligence, but because they lack structured, exam-focused preparation. Other tuition academy teach content; MaarketLab Academy teaches you how to pass the exam.
