Structure
The 5+5 pathway
Five papers a semester. Nine months each. It's built around RISM's annual exam cycle instead of against it — and around a working week.
Semester 1
Five subjects, nine months
The core fundamentals — where most candidates start. Build your base first, then the technique on top of it.
Semester 2
The remaining five subjects
The advanced papers, with targeted revision, past-year question drilling and answer strategy for the sitting ahead.
What nine months really asks of you
Five papers over roughly thirty-six weeks: a few structured evenings a week, plus heavier revision in the two months before the exam. That's the real load, and it's a realistic one for someone with a job. Ten subjects sounds like a mountain; split 5+5 it's two manageable semesters — and it's the exact route our founding tutor took himself.
What It Costs
